| Recombinant Mouse M-CSF produced in E.coli is a disulfide linked homodimer, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2 x 156 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 36.4 KD. Recombinant M-CSF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. | |

| Lyophilized Recombinant M-CSF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -180C. Upon reconstitution M-CSF should be stored at 40C between 2-7 days and for future use below -180C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. | |

| ProSpec’s Mouse M-CSF is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50, calculated by the dose-dependant stimulation of the proliferation of murine M-NFS-60 indicator cells was found < 1ng/ml, corresponding to a Specific Activity of 1 x 106 IU/mg. | |
